Founders of startups need to lead from front
Birth of Startup starts with one person thinking on the problem and understanding the solution that needs to be provided and his ability to do so, the location of problem usually happens with one individual thinking hence called in as founder for a company.
As founder and his vision of the business and the solution being provided needs to be nurtured by the founder himself before it reaches a point where in more people join having the faith in the vision, which is envisaged by the founder.
The founder at a certain part has to part and develop trust on his team or co founders to nurture some aspects of the business as beyond a certain point founder cannot be present and cannot be doing multitasking as at some point multitasking also becomes a disadvantage.
The reason being the vision envisaged by founder cannot be just with one person, as there is saying its employees who build business when you are planning to build a big business. If not you just become like a grocery store, which is run by one person running around every aspect.
When a founder starts a business every responsibility of the business surviving depends on his shoulders as he has to ensure that the vision what he developed into a business needs to be taken care by him alone as in initial stages getting team and making them believe in the vision is not possible.
The reason being every individual acts upon himself till he finds the other’s thought process is aligning with him. Founders who are tech this statement is completely true as just building product would not help as the problem solving solution also needs to be addressed by the product.
Sometimes founders who are tech get so much into it that they forget the revenue or think that there product is the best and will bring revenue which only the test of time and market behavior can give clarity on.
The founder can be from any field of expertise but he should understand every aspect to ensure the business survives 1000 days, the best example is though mahendra singh dhoni is wicketkeeper he ensures he leads with example when it come batting and taking pressure and delivering when ever it is required.
The same applies for founder of startup to have clarity on every aspect, which will help him in strategizing and also taking a business to a point where in team joins to build it further.
